Military Experiences –NITAR personnel have over 250 years of combined
military experience to go along with their several years of civilian work experience. NITAR personnel have worked in all environments
world-wide. We have several years experience of working at the lowest levels of operations to the highest levels of an organization.
2000 – 2001 – Prior to establishing NITAR, company founder Bill Rostad, had a long
and distinguished career in the United States Army.
11 September 2001 – Terrorists destroy the World
Trade Center in New York City and damage the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.Future NITAR CEO Bill Rostad takes part in the rescue
and recovery effort at Ground Zero in NYC. Bill is responsible for the training of over 1700 police Firefighters and Iron
Workers in 3 weeks on tactics, techniques and procedures to reduce the rubble quicker and safer. These procedures are now
the Standard Operating Procedures for this type of emergency nationwide.
19 March 2003 – Operation
Iraqi Freedom commences. Prior to the invasion of Iraq, Bill Rostad conducts training to ready the 3rd Infantry
Division for duty in Iraq. Developed, wrote and trained the SOPs Tactics, Techniques, and Principles currently used.
August 2005 – NITAR is founded
January 2006 – NITAR is contracted in Iraq by Iraqi Provisional Government providing training and
maintenance on multiple construction/utility vehicles. With only 3 NITAR people on site, 75 different vehicles types are trained
in 18 months to the operators of the Southern Iraqi Oil Company.

June 2006 – NITAR expands overseas operations with new contracts to provide Factory Service Representatives (FSR)
for Caterpillar in Iraq, and later for Grove in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition to providing all up-armor support and training
for DUECE equipment, NITAR provided maintenance, inventory control and training to all Engineer unit mechanics in Iraq.
January 2008 – New FSR contract with Caterpillar. NITAR sets up and manages Caterpillar’s Reset Faculties
in both Iraq and Afghanistan. World-wide, NITAR becomes FSR for Pearson Engineering, providing instruction and maintenance
support for Pearson’s Assault Breacher Vehicle and Joint Assault Bridge Vehicles.
